Clear Terms for Our Partnerships

Our Terms of Service outline the ordering, payment, pickup, delivery, and product guidelines that help create a clear and dependable experience for our florist and wedding venue partners.

  • Florist & Wedding Venue Partners

These Terms of Service outline the terms and conditions for purchasing flowers, foliage, and related products from The Little Farm That Could. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

    1. Orders & Seasonal Availability

All flowers and foliage are grown and harvested according to seasonal conditions. Availability, quantities, colours, varieties, and stem lengths may vary depending on weather, growing conditions, crop performance, and harvest timing.

While we make every effort to provide the varieties and quantities requested, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific flower or colour until your order is confirmed.

When a requested variety becomes unavailable, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, discuss suitable alternatives.

    2. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once the requested flowers, quantities, pricing, and pickup or delivery arrangements have been agreed upon.

For larger wedding and event orders, advance ordering is strongly recommended to provide the best opportunity to accommodate specific flower and colour requests.

    3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on the flowers, foliage, quantities, and services included in your order.

Pricing may vary based on seasonal availability, crop conditions, order volume, and delivery requirements.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.

Payment terms for florist and wedding venue partners will be confirmed at the time of booking. Orders may require a deposit or payment in full before harvesting or delivery.

    4. Changes to Orders

We understand that wedding and event requirements can change. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate order changes when possible.

Changes are subject to flower availability, harvest timing, and our ability to prepare the revised order.

For larger orders, we recommend providing changes as early as possible.

    5. Cancellations

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the size and timing of the order.

Because our flowers are grown specifically for the season and may be harvested or prepared in advance, cancellations made close to the scheduled harvest or delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.

Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated for larger or custom orders at the time of booking.

    6. Flower Quality & Natural Variation

Our flowers are locally grown, natural products. Differences in colour, size, shape, stem length, bloom stage, and appearance are normal and are part of the character of seasonal flowers.

We carefully harvest and handle flowers to provide the best possible quality. However, natural variation and minor imperfections should be expected with farm-grown flowers.

    7. Substitutions

If weather, crop conditions, pests, disease, or other circumstances affect the availability or quality of a requested flower, we may need to substitute another variety, colour, or similar seasonal bloom.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will discuss significant substitutions with you before fulfilling the order.

    8. Pickup

Farm pickup is available by appointment at The Little Farm That Could in Campbellford, Ontario.

Pickup times are arranged in advance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that flowers are transported in a suitable vehicle and handled appropriately after pickup.

Once an order has been picked up, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the customer.

    9. Delivery

Delivery may be available within our service area and is subject to route availability, order size, weather, and scheduling.

Delivery fees may apply and will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.

Once the flowers have been delivered and accepted, responsibility for their care and condition transfers to the customer.

    10. Flower Care

Fresh flowers require appropriate care after pickup or delivery. We provide basic flower-care guidance to help maintain freshness and quality.

Once flowers have been received, The Little Farm That Could cannot be responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage, handling, temperature, hydration, transportation, or environmental conditions.

    11. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

As a working flower farm, our availability is affected by weather and growing conditions.

Extreme weather, crop failure, disease, pests, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect an order.

If circumstances prevent us from fulfilling an order as originally planned, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work toward a reasonable alternative where one is available.

    12. Liability

The Little Farm That Could will make reasonable efforts to provide flowers that meet the agreed order specifications and our quality standards.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to an order will be limited to the amount paid for the affected products.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use, delay, substitution, or unavailability of flowers.

    13. Product Use

Flowers and foliage supplied by The Little Farm That Could are intended for professional floral design, wedding, event, decorative, or other agreed uses.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application.

    14. Privacy

Any personal or business information provided to us in connection with an order will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business practices or applicable requirements.

The current version published on our website will apply to orders placed after the updated terms take effect.

    16. Questions

We value our relationships with local florists and wedding professionals. If you have questions about these terms or would like to discuss a specific order or partnership arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.
