    Booking & Payment Terms

    To book your wedding date, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive this deposit. The rest of the payment is due on or before your flower pickup or delivery date. We will provide your flowers once the full balance is paid. You can pay using the methods listed during booking.

    Pricing

    All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless we say otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but once your wedding is booked, we will honor the price in your agreement unless you make changes.

    Seasonal Availability

    We grow our flowers on our family farm, so they depend on the season. We do our best to provide the flowers you chose during your consultation, but availability can change because of weather or other factors. If needed, we will substitute flowers with similar color, style, and value to keep the overall look of your wedding flowers.

    Limitation of Liability

    The Little Farm That Could is not responsible for delays or losses caused by things we cannot control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, transportation problems, crop failures, labor shortages, or other unexpected events. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the products or services you bought from us.

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Use and all purchases made through The Little Farm That Could are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
