Farm Pickup

Florists and wedding venue partners are welcome to pick up their orders directly from our farm in Campbellford, Ontario.

Pickup times are arranged in advance and coordinated around your order and harvest schedule. We ask that you arrive within your scheduled pickup window so we can ensure your flowers are properly prepared and ready to go.

Orders will be conditioned and packaged appropriately for transport whenever applicable.

Local Delivery

Delivery is available to florists, wedding venues, and event locations throughout our service area.

Delivery availability depends on:

• Your location
• Order size
• Harvest schedule
• Event date and timing
• Delivery route availability

A delivery fee may apply depending on distance and order requirements. Delivery arrangements and fees will be confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

Wedding & Event Deliveries

For wedding and event orders, we recommend scheduling delivery as close as reasonably possible to the time the flowers will be required.

Because flowers are living products, we carefully consider harvest timing, weather, transportation, and conditioning when coordinating deliveries. Our goal is to provide flowers at their best while allowing sufficient time for you to prepare your designs or event spaces.

Delivery Access

Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive the flowers at the agreed delivery time.

For venue deliveries, please provide clear instructions regarding:

• Delivery entrance
• Loading area
• Where flowers should be placed
• Contact person
• Any venue-specific delivery requirements

We cannot be responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unavailable recipients, incorrect delivery information, or venue-related delays outside our control.

Order Changes & Delivery Scheduling
